I honestly can’t recommend Candice highly enough. As a first time landlord, I had so many questions and uncertainties and she has been incredible from day one. Candice is so clear and thorough with inspections, takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense and never makes you feel silly for asking questions. We also dealt with a pretty stressful hiccup involving a difficult tenant and Candice handled it with complete professionalism. She was super calm, proactive and always kept me informed so I never felt out of the loop. Her communication, knowledge and genuine care made what could have been a really overwhelming experience feel manageable and supported. I’m so grateful to have her as my property manager and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust.

We've had our rental properties managed through Ray White, and Candice has been absolutely fantastic from day one. She's guided us through everything, getting the places ready for inspections, finding really great tenants, and then handling any issues that come up quickly and professionally. Candice has a wonderful positive energy and a genuine can-do approach. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble for her. Her communication is always clear, prompt and reliable, so we always feel in the loop and confident that everything's being taken care of properly. What really stands out, though, is what a genuinely kind and caring person she is. You can tell she truly cares and goes way beyond what's expected. We're so thankful for her dedication and honestly can't recommend Candice highly enough.

I can’t speak highly enough of property manager Mirela. I have had many interactions with Mirela and she is always professional, seeing to matters effectively and promptly and resolving these with the greatest care. I never have to worry or be concerned, as Mirela deals with situations, big or small promptly and thoroughly. Her kind friendly matter makes dealing with matters so much easier. She is a pleasure to have as my property manager and I am so thankful to have her.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Candice at Ray White Newcastle. From the very beginning, she has been professional, approachable, and so easy to deal with. Nothing is ever a problem, and she genuinely makes you feel supported throughout the process. I’ve leased two properties through Ray White Newcastle, with Candice being the leasing agent, and honestly have nothing but praise. Her communication is excellent, she always follows up, and everything is handled smoothly and efficiently.
